Step 1: Contact Us

You can contact us to raise a complaint using the following methods:

 

  • Email: Send an email to info@londonishpower.co.uk with a detailed description of
    your complaint
  • Postal Mail: Send a letter to 96 Mile end road, London, E1 4UN

 

Please provide the following information when make your complaint:

 

  1. Full name and contact details
  2. A clear description of the complaint
  3. Relevant account or reference number
  4. Any documents or evidence to support your complaint (if applicable)

Step 2: Acknowledgement

Upon receiving your complaint, we will acknowledge it within 5 business days, providing a
phone call or confirmation email or a letter.

Step 3: Investigation

One of our team members will thoroughly investigate your complaint, contacting you for more details if needed. We aim to resolve complaints as early as possible, and will inform you updates.

Step 4: Resolution & Response

After investigation, we will provide a resolution and inform you of the actions taken in writing by email or letter or by phone.

Step 5: Escalation

Step 6: Closing the Complaint

Once the issue has been resolved and both parties are satisfied, the complaint will be closed.
A summary of the final resolution will be provided for your records.
