PRICING
What is the price?

More About Pricing
Typically, the Energy price consists of two parts: i) Standard charge (SC): Generally, a fixed daily fee, and ii) a Unit Rate (UR): charged per unit (kWh) of usage. Some energy plans are now offered without a daily Standard Charge. SC, UR, or both may include a small uplift like 1-3p/kWh for clients taking advantage of professional and personalised services involved in processing, comparing prices, finding the best available deals, managing the contract, and supporting work — paid to the relevant service provider by the supplier. The offers we represent include the same.
However, the price is calculated as SC + (UR × your usage). You pay the price you have accepted, whether an uplift is included or not. Your contract must clearly say if any uplift included. All prices are exclusive of Climate change levy, VAT and any additional charges.
Choose a price that you feel is both reasonable and affordable. Your energy, your decision.

An exit fee is a charge applied by an energy supplier when a customer ends a fixed-term contract before its agreed end date. It compensates the supplier for potential losses and may apply to each fuel type (gas and/or electricity). Switching early refers to leaving a current energy deal before the contract expires, which can trigger these fees.
While not every fixed tariff includes these charges, most do, and they can be high enough to prevent an early switch. Always check with your supplier for exact exit fee and any other applicable charges in advance so you know the cost of switching early and whether it’s worth making the move. Knowing your annual energy use, current meter readings, rates, and any outstanding dues will also help you if you face any such situation.
